How to Open HEIC Files on Windows, Mac, Android, and iPhone?

Windows

• Install HEIF Image Extensions from the Microsoft Store.

• Use CopyTrans HEIC to open HEIC files in Windows Photo Viewer.

Mac

HEIC files open by default in Preview and Photos.

Android

Some devices support HEIC, but if not, use HEIC Converter from the Play Store.

iPhone

HEIC is the default format and opens without issues.

For compatibility across all devices, we recommend converting HEIC to JPG.
